The Constellation Framework

Center what matters. Explore the unknown.

Career exploration is an unfolding process. Each conversation helps you see the pattern more clearly.

01

Center

Begin with your life as it is now—your needs, identities, responsibilities, and hopes.

02

Connect

Name the values, strengths, interests, and conditions that help you feel most like yourself.

03

Imagine

Open up possible directions without demanding an immediate or perfect answer.

04

Experiment

Learn through small, practical tests: conversations, research, reflection, and real experiences.

05

Navigate

Use what you discover to choose a thoughtful next step—and keep adjusting as you grow.

Ways to work together

Start with what matters.
Build the support you need.

Career exploration is at the heart of this work. From there, we can tailor your coaching around the practical tools and moments that will help you move forward.

02

Career Materials Review

Focused, thoughtful feedback to help your story come through clearly and authentically. We’ll identify opportunities, strengthen representative sections together, and create an actionable revision plan.

With Grace's guidance and experience, I landed a position as a mechanical engineer with a high-profile utility. Grace helped me upgrade my resume by making it look more professional and appealing to potential employers. In our first meeting, she asked about my expectations and goals and what I consider important in life. She wanted to make sure I would get a job that made me feel happy. Having the opportunity to talk about work and quality of life with her was a big plus to this experience. After defining what I wanted to achieve, she helped me highlight my strengths and achievements and summarize the most relevant aspects of my experience with examples and valuable measurements. She was very helpful and supportive throughout the process of rewriting my resume, applying for positions that fit my expectations, and preparing for interviews. I am very grateful for her support and encouragement!

Constellations

Three active branches of one evolving career—connected by the work that has always mattered to me.

Hi, I’m Grace Tissell

You carry more light and wisdom than you realize—and I’m here to help you see it!

I’m a career coach and HR professional who helps people reconnect with their clarity, creativity, power, and worth. Career transitions and job searches can make even the most capable person question themselves. My role isn’t to hand you someone else’s map—it’s to help you quiet the noise, listen to your own inner wisdom, and recognize the strengths and possibilities that are already there.

Career coaching first sparked something in me nearly a decade ago. Since then, I’ve supported friends, family, and members of my local community as they explored new directions and found language for what they wanted next. Career Constellations is a passion project I’m growing alongside my continued work in HR and organizational development. It brings together what has consistently lit me up across my career: helping people recognize their strengths, navigate change, and move toward work that feels more aligned.

Alongside that community-rooted coaching experience, I bring more than eight years of progressive HR experience across talent development and employee experience. I understand how hiring systems work and what decision-makers look for, but I’m most interested in helping you show up as your most authentic self—not asking you to become someone else to succeed. Together, we’ll connect your values, strengths, needs, and hopes; explore what feels alive; and turn what you discover into meaningful, practical steps.

My approach is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive. We’ll move with curiosity, center your agency, and honor the experiences and identities shaping your choices. You deserve work that recognizes your humanity—and a career where you have room to shine brightly.
